Vodacom stole my money
How do you speak to a human at Vodacom? All their numbers are automated responses.
Anyways, what the hell are Vodacom doing just taking money off randomly from my account in the middle of the month (or rather a few days before payday)? Instead of taking it off on the agreed upon date?
I can see why it's safe to make all numbers evil, because at least then the Vodacom Call Centre staff won't get all the abuse for stupid decisions made by others.
What number can I dial?

19 Oct 2018, 08:32Also, are you guys going to compensate me for going into overdraft on my account? Because your error/greed has resulted in further costs to me.
I'm guessing due course is not anytime soon, what's really insulting is that it's another automated response, so you have to wonder if outside of the stores, is there anyone at Vodacom. How do I make this a zero?
