Vodacom stole my data

Today I spent more than one hour with 2 different Vodacom agents telling me that my data depleting abnormally yesterday is my phone settings. After disputing this, because I have been using this phone and I know it has nothing to do with settings, I went to the Vodacom store where I was told it depleted because it cannot be carried over to the new month. I was told that at the store that they always tell clients that the data expires after 30 days. Nothing was wrong with my phone settings. And as far as your consultants at Rosebank are a concern the data does not deplete after 60 days as Vodacom claims. What I find unbelievable is that Vodacom teaches their consultants to blame clients whenever they complain about this problems. The amount of time I spend trying to explain that my setting was fine meant nothing to them, just as long as they do not have to accept responsibility. I am so unhappy. Vodacom is a network of cheats. I want my data back.
