Vodacom stole my airtime and data

I have a 24 month contract with Vodacom in good standing. For three weeks now I have been unable to use this contract as all my data and airtime was removed from the account by Vodacom with no warning. The balances are now at zero and if I try to load new airtime or data then it does not show on my account but shows as recharged, the balance still stays at zero. I have also lost a lot by trying to recharge this account and not been refunded. I have called the Vodacom call centre numerous times and they admit that there is a technical issue with the account but for three weeks now have done nothing to fix the problem. Every time I have to call in (also do not get a courtesy call or update from Vodacom) I have to speak to a new staff member and they know nothing about the problem and say they will re-route the issue to another department which gives me the feeling that no one is actually trying to fix the issue as yet.

I have been unable to use this number for three weeks now and I pay a monthly fee to Vodacom. The solutions experts at Vodacom do not seem to be trained to handle an issue such as this. I am not confident in Vodacom's ability to solve technical issues such as the one I am experiencing which is concerning.

As Vodacom is unable to fix a problem on my account on their end it would be better to terminate this account so I can get a phone number that I can actually use with another network service provider that can actually provide technical support and fix their own issues.

Yes resolved. Three weeks through the call centre but a few hours this way, makes you wonder. Thanks
