Vodacom stole my airtime

Vodacom is trash! They always claim that people have subscriptions, it happened to my son then my daughter now it's me. How can I subscribe to something when I only have a sim card and no handset or phone? Vodacom please pay back my airtime, all these months I've been paying but no airtime. A very rude & arrogant lady I spoke to on the phone (@call center) on the 22 June 2019 @21:03, told me if I want airtime I must buy it. I want the airtime that you stole from me, you're ripping poor people off.
