Vodacom stole money from me!!!

I have several contracts with Vodacom and have been a loyal customer for years. I learned a few days ago that I have been paying for what is called service content. This is some form of a **** whereby you have now subscribed to some website and pay a daily fee. The money gets deducted from your account automatically without any consent or verification process and is then displayed as service content on your invoice.<br> <br> I have been ****** of close to R4000 rand over the course of a few months. I enquired with Vodacom and was told that there is nothing they can do about it, except unsubscribe me from this service. So they cant verify that I have agreed to this additional charge or even provide any form of paperwork where I have registered for this, but yet they can unsubscribe me from this within seconds???<br> <br> I call BS, you stole from me!!!!!
