Vodacom stole 14gigs of my data in 6hrs!!

Vodacom stole 14gigs of my data within 6hrs. They first **** and said its because i was using Youtube- only for them to then notice that i have Youtube data, and i wasn’t even on YouTube that day. I spoke to multiple agents who keep saying they will call back to resolve my query, but it’s 3 days now and i still haven’t received any assistance. They then said 13gigs of my data went to Google. Mind you my monthly consumption for Google has been less than 10gigs. So why is it that in 6 hours this app suddenly takes 14gigs of data? Vodacom is *****ing our data! I have heard of this before but i had never experienced it. I’ve been with Vodacom for about 10yrs but this is enough to put me off the network. I have used about 1k to buy data in 1 day. I even switched off all my apps, but still the data was being depleted. I am beyond livid!
