Vodacom Stock Issues (PS4)

So I have requested upgrades with Vodacom. I own 2 contracts and I usually take the same contract deals for my phones. Vodacom has a gaming deal, online and in stores, where you can get a PS4 with any Sony phone you take. So I decided that this was a good deal for me, as I myself is a gamer.

But it is 3 weeks now sins I have requested the upgrades. The phones have been received, but we are still waiting on the PS4's. I have been phoning the Store in Standerton Mpumalanga almost every day to get ETA's and more information.

The information I receive is VERY vague to say the least and that no ETA can be given as according to the store, the devices are on Back Order.

The question I always have, and seems like users of Vodacom had the same issue in 2017, is that if a promotion like this is made, Stock availability is key. Who manages this? Why has provisions not been made? Why is it always the case where a deal like this is made, stock limitations is ALWAYS an issue with Vodacom.

In 2016 when we upgraded I waited 2 months for the phone I wanted. I am livid as this seems to the case AGAIN!!!! What the Hell Vodacom. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!
