Vodacom stinks!

<p>did upgrade telephonically on tues this week on data contract, was told I would get my device by Friday( today). Spent whole morning on phone being teansferred from one dept to next, eventually told upgrade cont confirmed as yet! Spent anither 2 hrs trying to get somebody at cobfirmation dept to spk to. Eventually confirmations called me but still could not confirm when I would get my device!!!!!</p>
