Vodacom still wanting money for a cancelled contract

<p>I have cancelled my red vip account in May 2017, i have two other accounts with vodacom my ipad and the modem account. I have been paying the two accounts every month. Now vodacom went and re open my red vip account with a different number wanting me to pay for this account which was cancelled in May. And they keep telling me I have a data account with them which I do not have!!!!! I phoned their rude call centre on Monday the 7 Aug and for 3 hours i was on the phone with them trying to sort this out and no one knew who should help me. I have emailed vodacom retention twice with the settlement letter and proof of payment for May2017 to cancel the account. Today a rude lady phoned me telling me about my data acount which is the Red VIP acount I cancelled in May that vodacom created a new number and asking me why am I still paying the account Im paying my ipad and wifi account. Like i did every month and Vodacom will allocate the money to each contract!</p> <p>vodacom's robot is phoning me 5 times a day (actually harassing me) requesting me to pay my red vip account which is cancelled in MAY!!!!!!! Im with cell c since May 2017!!!!! </p> <p>I do not know how to get this in anyone's head at vodacom, </p> <p> </p>
