Vodacom still victimising, and threathens me for an illgegal product I'm still not refunded for.

Oh Vodacom

I see you are at it again! You truly love to pester me. Like an awakening cadaver, yesterday, I receive an obnoxious, threating "Final letter of demand" to the value of R100.88 after you confirmed everything was cancelled and in order (October 2019). I have not received any statements or invoices that indicate that I owe this amount from you. A final amount, as per your confirmation, was paid to the amount of R504.32 on 07/10/2019. By the way, you have not compensated me to date for a service that I have not requested, nor used. You are the benefitting party and I am the victim here. Your own staff has confirmed that this is an internal problem you experience where your third-parties bill customer for services not requested. Yet, you have the audacity to send me this letter out of the blue after 5 months. Given the tremendous poor service and financial loss (in the thousands) you have caused me, not to mention the many phone calls and inconvenience you have caused, you finally try to suckle a mere R100 out of me by threatening me with legal action (and affect my credit score). Where does this come from? C'mon, for a company as large as Vodacom!!! Poor, poor, poor, service Vodacom. Shame on you Bully!

Hi Bully, Customer abuser...

Why do you send me an SMS of another threatening warning after YOU still have not compensated me for a service I have not requested. You have failed to deal with my problem for months now, AND STILL you keep on threatening me with yet another message of legal action for R100 AFTER YOU HAVE CONFIRMED ALL IS IN ORDER!!!!! Please, REFUND ME!!!!!
