VODACOM still USELESS as ever - wasted two years!

was looking for small cell contract to build a score so I can get a decent phone and contract, vodacom promised me that pay for a year and we help you. I even took insurance on my phone all the little extras to up my score paid perfectly ALWAYS!!<br> <br> No problems not one single complaint ever.<br> <br> At the time for me to upgrade, I was told when I did the online upgrade or tried to at least \we cant help you are on the new system 3D you have to go to a store\" so I did to Rivonia - was told sorry you need to give in 3 months bank statements etc to upgrade to a decent contract, I took time today went to the bank this morning ... got my 3 months statement got my payslips p.o.r etc. Went to Hatfield store waited for 40 minutes only one person deals with upgrades, sat there with her long time then she said \"sorry you were downgraded we cant upgrade you to get the S7 or s6 or anything\". because you paid cash .. f--- no!! I PAID BY DEBIT ORDER - I SHOWED HER ON THE STATEMENTS <br> <br> I have a cracked screen 6 months did not use my insurance thinking don't abuse the system the phone works leave it ... now you can go get f'd!<br> <br> wasted two years of my time you f___ing c_ts!<br> <br> Im moving to telkom or Cell C!!"
