Vodacom still unresolved

Mr Theo Johannes Stander I am still waiting for you to call me back as promised. The issue has still not been resolved and I am now back from cape Town. I again called VODACOM today and was put through to a Mr Thembela, to who I explained the whole situation AGAIN. I requested a ref number for the call which he promised to send on text to me after the call. Hrs later and typically no ref number. Please call me so this can be sorted. Thank you
