Vodacom still taking debit orders off my account months after contract is cancelled and settled.

I settled my Vodacom account and closed it by paying its settlement in full in December at the Tygervalley branch. I specifically did this because I was leaving the country for work and wanted this sorted out ahead of time. It is now February and once again, the debit order goes off my account even though my online profile shows that the contract doesn't exist anymore. How on earth does a company still manage to ***** money from me after I jumped through all the ridiculous hoops that they force on me to get rid of the contract? Now I have to sit in a foreign country where I don't have a phone and try and deal with admin which apparently cannot be dealt with via email or WhatsApp. It is unacceptable and I would strongly recommend any person to avoid taking out any contract with them or do support their business.

I have no idea what you mean when you talk about VAS and I don't know why there is a 25% subscription when the account was closed and completely paid off in December according to your settlement quote. There should be zero fees and there should not be a subscription or account or contract for January at all. In addition, I cannot access any account information because I don't remember my password and I DO NOT HAVE ANY WAY TO GET AN OTP. I DO NOT LIVE IN SOUTH AFRICA ANYMORE AND I DO NOT HAVE A SOUTH AFRICAN PHONE ANYMORE. I NEED SOMEONE TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD VIA EMAIL.
