Vodacom still sucks after so many years

Dear Vodacom, years ago I cancelled all dealings with you for poor service and moved to mtn, it seems nothing has changed since then to better your service, I just called the call centre now and spoke to Sindy who hung up on me, also your site doesn't allow us to track the order? So why send an sms with a tracking site that doesn't work, makes me reconsider this new contract with you
