Vodacom Still SUCKS !!!!!

After over 2months of back anf forth and FB complaints and direct calls to Vodacom as well as a Hello Peter Review written on the same matter by myself on 19 October 2017 titles "VODACOM SUCKS" I am still NO CLOSER to getting my matter with Vodacom Resolved.

In a Nutshell, My RED VIP Plus package entitles my to 20GB data p/m, I was allocated 10. Im told they need to allocate the additional 10Gb manually. After numerous phone calls and messages to them and even some calls from the "Hello Peter" Team I am still no closer to getting this resolved.

Vodacom your service SUCKS so badly and is clearly indicative of how large corporations operate. I am but a meaningless drop of water in your ocean of customers whose money you are gladly milking me of every month yet YOU DO NOT hold up your ned of the contract.

All i get is that the matter has been Escalated, pretty much the way Govt depts handle you when they're trying to get you off their backs.
