Vodacom still not updated Credit agencies

10/11/2020 I wrote a review on how it happened that vodacom list me at credit agencies. I stated that I settled the amount that they would clear my credit record and failed to do so.

They responded on hellopeter with a message as how they appreciate me letting them know about my experience so they can better their service. They ended the mail by saying "as per discussion query has now been resolved ".

I found out this morning that vodacom still didn't do their part so my advise to anyone with vodacom debt. Do not pay because it wont affect your credit score at all you just loose the money.
