VODACOM STILL NOT MIGRATED/PORTED MY NUMBER SINCE 17th OF JANUARY!!!

I have to migrate from CellC to Vodacom due to reception. My number was released by CellC on the 17th already. I am stil waiting for for Vodacom to port my number. When i called the lady said 2 to 7 work days. What the fudge??? I cannot be without my phone for so long, I do my business from my phone and everyday I am losing money!!!!!!
