Vodacom still not delivering on contract.
I have had no confirmation of a cancelled contract with vodacom yet again. Very unhappy with their contract cancellation department. They are slowing a process to access more money from a 24 month contract. Even though my requested has been escalated I have yet to receive an email to confirm contract cancellation.
