Vodacom still harassing elderly regarding additional monies added to account

I have already placed an complaint with you and yet nothing is being done in regards to my ***** complaint. Why are we still getting these SMS's from Vodacom. 'Hi. There is an outstanding amount on your Vodacom account I***2. Use our self-service channel to pay ? call *** and follow the prompts. Vodacom.' Do not send this to us again should you require further complaints.
