Vodacom still ****ing useless

So once again vodacom failed to respond to my query and failed to correct their error! So fed up! Vodacom is absolutely ****ing useless! And probably won't reply, or just say 'Sorry for the inconvenience, someone will look in to your problem' and never do a thing! Its been more than 12 months now.
