Vodacom still debits cancelled accounts
Be warned. If you cancel a contract with Vodacom, your account may still continue to be debited off for months afterwards- And don't assume that they will reimburse you for the months that you were debited in error- you will have to fight for that too. When you ask a consultant to email you proof of the discussion you have had they will claim they can't because of the POPIA Act- What *******!

13 Jan 2023, 13:10Yes, hopefully my account has now been cancelled, but it was already cancelled a couple of months ago and the cancelation was apparently not processed so I kept getting billed. (Error lay with Vodacom). I therefore want to be reimbursed for what was debited off my account after the first time I cancelled the account.
