Vodacom still charging for canceled service

I canceled my Vodacom Cellphone Insurance on 22 November, I received a confirmation email. Now it's January and I'm still being billed for it.

No-one has as yet made contact with me.
What exactly do you mean by "in due course"?

Wow... Still, no-one has contacted me, I've gotten no help, nothing.
I am utterly disgusted by the service I've gotten from Vodacom.

5 days ago you said that you had sent me an email, but I have still received no email, no contact, no phone calls from Vodacom about this issue.
It has still not been resolved.

Is this what Vodacom offers as customer service?

My insurance is still not canceled - my statement for March still reflects that I am being charged for cellphone insurance.
No-one at Vodacom seems to be able to help me. When I call in, they say my query has not been allocated to an agent, and they keep escalating this issue. In the meantime I am still being billed.
This kind of predatory behaviour is enough to make any sane person go crazy from frustration.
