Vodacom still breaks the law (Consumer Protection

I returned a 30 pin lightning adapter as it didn't work with my iPhone 6, only with the iPhone 5 model within less than a week. Purchased 07 June 15, returned 12 June 15.

They checked the product against my phone and confirmed it was fine and accepted the return for the reason stated above.

Was then advised by the Store Manager and the Customer Services Manager that it is against company policy to give me a cash refund (there was nothing else in the store I wanted to purchase).

I notified them of the Consumer Protection Act that allows me to request a cash refund and they insisted it was against company policy to do so.

Both members of staff had no clue of the CPA.

Still waiting for them to come back to me with an answer...
