Vodacom still as **** as ever...

There is a reason I have not had a contract with Vodacom in years - terrible service and always some or other issue. I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 online on 17 June. Everything goes through smoothly, and I get an "Approved Application" confirmation email with a quote number stating that my phone will be delivered in 2-5 working days from one of their RAM agents - "Your new Redmi Note 13 Black 256GB 4G DS is on it's way" was the exact wording. Today is 26th and still have received nothing.... So I call them this morning, and speak to Tami, Sama something like that, a woman, around 08:46 - 08:50. She says that it wasn't an application, but only a quote, and that "it sometimes happens". If you know it happens, fix the issue of why it is happening! So she says she can only see the quote online, and what phone did I order... If you can see the quote, why ask me what phone it is??? She then throws the phone down on me.... Great, just add to the sh!!t and delayed service you've already given.
