Vodacom still after promises still ly add to your account

Believe it or not Vodacom after recorded conversations and promises they will NOT charge me AGAIN for ******* and unauthorised ******* they are still doing but they are very quick to rate there staff performances You waist your time because Mr Randall why ?????????
