Vodacom steels from their customers to remain profitable?

On the 15th February 2017, i contacted Vodacom to raise a concern regarding a data contract i had taken out. My account reflected i had less than 1G of data left. The contract agreed upon was 5G data and 5G nightowl data. During the the first and second week of February, i had travelled and was therefore using hotel wifi which meant that i could not have used the full 5G. The consultant who assisted me indicated that she would log a service request and someone would contact me in 7 days, to date, i have not been contacted. Since it is the 1st of a new month, i checked my balance again only to find that the 5G had not been credited to my account. I called the contact centre again to raise the concern and also alert them that I had not been contacted on my initial query. I was told that the call had been updated with the comments "usage on this device is correct" ofcourse that would be the update-its the way Vodacom ****s their clients. I wasn't even contacted with that update!!! I was then told that there could be something wrong with the system and that my account would be synchronized to receive my 5G for the new month, that is pretty darn convenient! I have been a loyal vodacom customer for as long as i have been on a mobile network. This is pathetic service Vodacom
