Vodacom Steel Money by not closing a number

I have been trying to close a number for months with absolute NO LUCK. Every time I phone they try to re-sell the contract and everythime I have to say no thank you close that number and delete from my contract it is just does not happen. What more must a person do for Vodacom to listen and NOT STEEL YOUR MONEY
