Vodacom *****s your money when contract expire!!!!! BE AWARE!!!

History: 02 Dec 2020, 12:04 [I wrote} Try to cancel data and get my money back! Phone them late October to cancel my one data contract. They were suppose to send me a reference nr. (how is the customer suppose to know that) and told me not to use the data in November (as i had few left) otherwise i would get billed on the first of December. No problem. Low and behold, i got even billed R181.57 more than the original contract on the 1st of December! Spoke to 3 consultants already this morning, after line drop every time, and my patience running out, and i still do not have an answer how/when they will give me back my money! I am so finish with them. Not one of them have the decency to even phone you back so that the matter can be resolved. No, they rather try to convince you to take another package! Which part of CANCEL my contract do they not understand?!?!?!

TODAY on the 3rd of DEC.2020, they even phoned me, promised me with next invoice i will get refunded for part of November not used [as my contract expired the 6th of November] and i was billed on the 1st of Dec for the full amount. Now, guess what, i got billed again for the full amount for the cancelled contract, and when i phoned them, the told me i should have used the data, as i must give them 30 days notice? what bull**** is that? the contract expired????? I ...phoned them already in October, and they have not followed procedure on their side, now it is my fault and they blame i must go and read the contract? ***!! it expired!!!!
