Vodacom *****s my money after ordering and then dont deliver< even blocked my number

i bought and paid for a product on vodabucks 30/11/2020. i phoned , send messages on messenger countless times to find out what's going on. i received no answers . no one can tell me whats happening. now today when i tried to phone again i found out that my number was blocked. why????? i feel vodacom stole my hard earned money.
