Vodacom *****s my money
I received an email from Vodacom. It was the first such email. It stated that I have a number and I owe R115. I have no knowledge of such. When I checked the number on the invoice I did not recognize it. I checked my bank account. And for the last 6 months I have been debited with R115. I called the Vodacom contact center. To enquire what is this debit for for. I spoke to a Masefako. That woman is clueless. She should be kept far away from dealing with clients. So it turns out that this contract was issued on 09/08/2017. And I have been paying R115 every month without realizing it. I have no knowledge of this Sim being issued to me. I did not request this contract. But Vodacom has been *****ing my money for the last 3 years. So after explaining my query to Masefako she then tells me that I need to get an affidavit from SAPS. For the ***** dept to investigate. I must be further inconvenienced now. I work. 24hrs. I do not have the time to go and sit in a police station for 2 hours. Vodacom stuffs up. They are *****ing my money. And now they are wanting me to go and waste my time. It's simple. I report my incident. Now go and flipping investigate. DO NOT INCONVENIENCE ME. You have ****** my money. To make matter worse. I get this SMS. Stating what's needed. Nowhere in the SMS does it say where it must be sent to. Who is it meant to be sent to? Santa Claus?? The President? No wonder Vodacom has to resort to *****ing my money. There is nobody there with any brains.
This is Vodacom *****ing my money. I think instead of me going to a police station I should contact my attorney and have ***** and theft charges brought against Vodacom and then contact all media outlets and advise of this charge against Vodacom. Think I can't do that? Try me. I can make a spectacle of this like Vodacom would never have dreamt possible.
Snall guy taking on big Corp and there are many others that can relate to my experience. I'm sure that would be news worthy.
Whats the chances that my 15000 followers on social media can be convinced not to do business with Vodacom? Even convincing 1000 of them will be a victory for me.
Fix it this mess without inconveniencing me.
