Vodacom *****S MONEY FROM YOU

Vodacom has sent me a statement that has incorrect information on it. and i would like to send them my bank statement as proof that their accounts department is sending out false information but they sent me a statement from a no reply email address? now what? should a wait another week to sort it out? where on earth does Vodacom get these figures? make them up?
