Vodacom *****s from poor people

I am unemployed, I informed Vodacom of my situation. 1. Early June 2017, I phoned Vodacom Customer Call Center requesting a settlement amount on my contract, I was given R1447.00. 2. I paid the amount on the 21st of June 3. On the 29th of June, I phone the Customer Call center requesting that my contract be cancelled as I have paid what was outstanding and the contract ended in May. I wanted to keep the number and use prepaid. The agent that I spoke to advised me to migrate or downgrade to Flexi R55.00 airtime a month and I'll pay 39.00 a month. I agreed with the migration and expected her to do the activation on her side. 4. Mid July, I realised that the migration was never activated , I phoned the Customer Call Center , I was told my contract is on a month to month. And I owe R536 for the month of June. The agent who advised me about R55.00 airtime did not do the migration instead, she activated the old contract. 5. I was upset as I know that I cannot afford that and the reason I wanted to cancel the contract was because I'm unemployed and I cannot afford it anymore. I asked the agent to migrate me to Flexi R55.00 airtime a month and she di that. I asked the agent to cancel itemised billing and quick sim. 6. On the 7th of August, I phoned Vodacom Customer Call Center because my bank account was not debited end of July, I asked the agent why did they not debit my account and why are they billing me R536.00. The agent said my payment status is cash and R536 consists of -Handset installment=166.67 -Smart S Subscription = 183.33 other charges were added. I asked the agent why are they billing me for the handset as I have settled what was outstanding on the account in June, the agent could not answer me. The agent requested I pay R536.00 first for her to be able to assist me, I paid the amount on the 7th in the evening. 7. On the 10th my account was suspended why I don't know. I phoned the call center again , I was told it's because of the late payment and I also need to pay R254.39 for July so that my account can be activated. I couldn't believe that, I asked what is R254.39 for as I'm supposed to pay R39.00 only for airtime. The handset installment was included again for R166.67. She couldn't advised why am I been billed for the handset again. 8.On the 20th, I went to Vodacom World, Elysia Govender assisted me. My account was activated and I wanted to cancel the new contract but the Cancellation department was offline on that day.

I am very disappointed and hurt by Vodacom. The inconvenience they have caused by suspending my line and not realising that the *********** agent did not migrate my contract as promised and that resulted in me paying the money or amount that I don't have. Vodacom please pay me back.

In closing, I've asked for the settlement in June and I paid off the outstanding amount, why do you keep on charging me for the handset as the contract has expired and the account is settled.

I want my money back please and correct July invoice.

Regards,
