Vodacom *****s data from its end-users
Good Day
i am very concerned with Vodacom;'s habbit of *****ing data. i have reported this several times to vodacom where it was given back. I bought 50gigd data of which the last 500mbs "disappered" with the ****le being switched off and not used. I then bought an additional 5Gigs plus 5Gigs free. i had just over a Gig left of data and switched the ****le off-this morning the data is gone. Give me back my data so I can part wau=ys with vodacom permanently as I am sick of this!

23 Nov 2021, 11:40Dear Customer,
Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation.
We completed our investigation and can confirm the 50GB bundle purchased was allocated and used. This is based on connectivity from the sim and the device.
Our records indicate that the 5GB+5GB bundle purchased was only valid for 7 days and the bundle expired on the 7th day. Kindly note that the bundle was purchased on the 16/11/2021 at 21:18:59 and expired on the 23/11/2021 at 00:00:00. The bundle will be valid from the date of purchase. As a once off gesture we loaded 1GB on your number.
We apologize for the inconvenience and the service experienced.
