Vodacom *****s data and airtime from customers

Last night 22.08.2017 at about 22:00pm all of a sudden I receive an sms to inform me that my data bundle is below 45mb, 2 seconds later it is below 8mb and 1 second later it is 0mb. My phone was not it use and after checking if there were anything running in the background (which has never happened before - why all of a sudden), I checked my detailed balances and noticed that about R40.00 had gone missing from my monthly airtime, I now only had R300.00airtime left. I then bought another 250mb at R59.00 and at 22.11pm had R241.85 monthly airtime, 6.80 recharge airtime and 250mb until 19.09.2017. This morning I now only have R160.79 monthly airtime left - WHERE IS MY MONEY and WHERE IS THE AIRTIME THAT I HAD BEFORE I PURCHASED THE EXTRA 250MB??????

I phoned the call centre to be told there was a network issue last night which chewed up data and airtime - it will be reinstated. I now have R160.79 monthly airtime left and although my recharge airtime is now R161.47 (which means Vodacom allocated R154.67 back to me) I still am not sitting on what I had before, namely R341 monthly airtime (I DON'T WANT RECHARGE AIRMTIME BUT THE ****** AIRTIME BACK IN MY MONTHLY AMOUNT AS THIS DEPLETES WITH EVERY CALL) as well as 123mb left.

How do I get the recharge amount across to my monthly airtime?

I hope Vodacom reimburse me for everything. I would not have had to purchase the extra data bundle of 250mb at 22.10pm last night if my data of 123mb had not disappeared and I would still have R341 monthly airtime left. GET MY ACCOUNT BACK TO WHAT IT WAS AND NOT RECHARGE AIRTIME.

Waiting for a response and apology from Vodacom
