Vodacom *****s air time

Vodacom subscribed me to Vodafone Live content without my consent. This takes air time daily. This is the second time that this has happened. They did it with two of my contract numbers. When I called the customer care line I said that I did not authorise this, but the agent, Sello, told me that I must have activated it on my device. He sent me a number, to which I must send an SMS to unsubscribe, but when I did this I got a message that the number is no longer in service. So they are going to continue *****ing my air time! They have ****** almost my entire month's air time but can't tell me if they will refund it. When this contract expires I AM DONE WITH VODACOM and their exorbitant charges and *****ing!

So Vodacom rep**** insisting that I activated VLive content. And that refunds "fall outside the scope of Vodacom." So, Vodacom, answer this: 1. I did not even know what V Live content was until I phoned the consultant. So how would I have authorized it? 2. I could mot deactivate V Live content myself. The link I was sent is no longer on use and the consultant I spoke to said I could not deactivate it myself. 3. I never saw any page or link telling me that I was about to activate V Live content or asking me if I wanted to activate it. 4. I never saw a link or page telling me how much of my money you are going to take daily - legally you should ask me if you could take my money, tell me how much money you are are going to take and give me an option to opt out. I had none of those. Conclusion: You took my money without my consent and refuse to return it. I have had it with Vodacom! As soon as my contracts expire I am posting to another service provider, who has better deals and better phones any way.
