Vodacom *****s!!!

My mother, is a pay as you go customer. My mother also has no data, sms or mms subscription’s. since 19 February 2020 Vodacom repeatedly takes her air time and converts it into data without her permission or consent. She has been to Vodacom twice on the last 3 days and there staff are unable to sort this problem out.
