Vodacom *****s!!!

Been waiting 8 months for a refund on a number I cancelled before the contract ended. Which was billed without my consent beyond the contractual term and no one seems to be able to assist. Vodacom has sent me from pillar to post and keeps canceling or closing the query despite making promises time and time again to pay the amount back to me. I have sent countless emails and spent hours on calls trying to resolve the issue. Customer service is non existent.
