Vodacom *****ing vodabucks
From last week all my vodabucks disappeared... no help what so ever to resolve the issue..... spend. Fortune on accumulating them then they jus disappear... Consultants keep saying they trying to contact vodabucks rewards and there is no answer...

some of the staff do not even escalate your call when they tell you that they do...
