vodacom *****ing through rewards companies

My grandfather was contacted by a rewards company from vodacom telling him that they want to send him a gift. The \gift"arrived to his surprise he would be paying for his own gift for 24 months. He sent this device back and contacted the company and said he does not want it or the contract. He has since passed away and I realised that they have been deducting money from his account for something he does not have. This has been going on for some time and they refuse to refund his money. They are now *****ing from an estate. I have requested the voice recordings for this contract but they refused to give it to me. The contact number for this company is ***.
