vodacom *****ing talk time and data

So lets start my story at the basis of the problem I have my own wifi witch is not with vodacom due to the fact that they are cheaper than vodacom . I have 3 cellphone contracts with vodacom so I spend close to a R1500 a month with vodacom on my phone I have a setting to use wifi calling and then in my wifi calling there is a setting to set it to preferred wifi calling so on my phone that is my settings wifi calling preferred . So with that settings set I started making calls for the first couple of days and I monitored my talktime and I saw that its not being used so wifi calling is working , and to my surprise today all of a sudden I ran out of talktime because VODACOM yet again are ******* and they are *****ing the consumers money . So I phone the helpline 135 and a lady answers the phone so I tell her my problem and as usual they don't want you to talk so they keep interrupting you and try to get you to listen to them so eventually after being in a tennis match for almost 20min she tells me that she will not sort it out its the law as its in the terms and conditions firstly us as consumers aren't aware of that nice clause because we have not signed for that terms and conditions and I would love if you could show me where I have signed for it because my argument has grounds firstly if my phone is set to connect to my wifi and I use my phone to browse the internet and watch dstv and so on the only time it will start using my vodacom data is when the wifi is not sufficient and it disconnects where vodacom or my phone immediatly tells me using vodacom data now the next scenario my phone is connected to my wifi router my phone is set to wifi calling and in my wifi calling settings its set to preferred wifi line ok so everything safe and in place I take my phone and I make a couple of calls and I see ok I'm not depleting my talk time its not even going down its working next moment a couple of days later vodacom decides this is not working for them and now my talktime is gone now next scenario I have my phone connected to my wifi and I'm on whatsapp so I make a whatsapp call and my vodadata doesn't get used I make a video call on whatsapp and still my vodadata doesn't get used ... so here is my final point on this matter firstly you cannot tell me because you are a cellular company you put that sneaky clause in because you are contradicting yourself and its easy to explain this number one you sell data so you not a cellular company any more you sell laptops you sell routers you market and sell wifi and adsl and so on so you are a network provider . secondly if I'm aloud to use my vodacom contract phone on any wifi service provider of my choice to watch movies to browse google or even to whatsapp and whatsapp call and whatsapp video call then why is my right to make wifi calls been taken away from me its my wifi its my cellphone it should be my choice when I want to spend my hard earned money that I give to you every month on whatever its not your right ... so I want a detailed statement from vodacom on the 3 numbers on my name so that i can see when and where my money has been used for the last 6months and secondly I'm giving vodacom until tomorrow 14:00 to rectify this problem then I take this matter to the main stream media and I'm gonna make this go viral not just on hello peter but I will be contacting the ombudsman and the newspapers and I'm going to facebook I will name and shame . because this is unacceptable

And worst off all when I told the service agent that I will report this to hello Peter she actually dared me to do it.... And now another service agent on Facebook is trying to assist me but his hammering on everything except the actual problem. So yet again it just proves my point that Vodacom service agents has no clue how to listen how to assist or how to resolve issues or how to assist and rectify a servis issue or even how to respond to a dispute and to turn a frown into a smile you really need to shape up Vodacom you are leaving a bad taste in your customers mouths you can't do this to your customers I have reported this matter to Huawei international and Huawei South Africa
