VODACOM *****ING Service repairs.

<p>We booked my wifes phone in yesterday at Vodacom Canal walk, the service consultnt that assisted us told us how many problems she has had and returns with the same cell phone she has and its a faulty mother board on the phone that will need to be replaced.</p> <p> </p> <p>We get a call today from the service department to say that the mother board is faulty but its due to water damage, why do the people have to lie and cheat and ***** from honest people that pay there accounts look after their stuff.</p> <p>We argued the matter with the technician he simply said that its our fault e left the phone out in the rain we either pay for the repair or they will send it back.</p> <p>This is not the first time we have had this issue with Vodcom everytime you send your phone in for a repair theysay you have water damage on the phone.</p> <p>Is here anything a person can do???</p> <p> </p> <p>All i can say is VODACOM ARE *****ING MONEY from people in this regard after admitting its a common fault on the phone!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>VODACOM YOU SUC****!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
