Vodacom *****ing out of my account

First mistake was getting fibre through Vodacom, all was well untill they billed me for fibre although I haven't received the router yet. Been phoning since Dec 2018, everytime the agent has a new story but it should be resolved in24 hours. It is currently 23 Jan 2019. Still no router except the one with ****le you get whilst you wait for fibre (vodacom canceled this so it doesn't work either) currently money is being deducted out of my account although I don't have the service, I think this is called *****ing btw. On behalf of my roomate Stephanie van Heerden

Dear Vodacom Team I phoned again today, no resolution, no feedback just another logged call. You are *****ing from the consumer. I do not have a fiber router which I am paying for, I do not have fiber activated but money is being deducted from my account. I phoned Vodacom since Dec 2018 to tell them that the Fiber router and activation has not yet happened yet no one seems to give a ****. It is over a month of constant phone calls. Automated messages. You are *****ing for services not rendered.
