VODACOM *****ing on behalf of third party Opera Telecom.

I noticed a dramatically higher bill on my work number vodacom account. I noticed a third party subscirption called POWER by Opera Telecom was being added to my work bill at 35/per day????? I phoned vodacom who said they would remove the subsciption since I dont know what it is or how I was signed up. They refuse to refund me since its the third party who should refund and with who I should dispute this ? This subscription has been running since the 26/4/2017. I checked my smses on that date to see if I got some sort of link that day and low and behold I did. One of those ***** spam SMSes with an OPT out number and phone number which doesnt work? This clearly violates the WASPA code which both Vodacom and Opera Telecoms are in esteemed partners off.

The number in question is on a work phone. I cant even purchase a data bundle without sending a letter to our service provider Alisom on my companies behalf? How is it that I suddenly get signed up for content which I have no idea or intent on looking at 35/day when I need to send letters to purchase a bundle or airtime on this number. Clearly this is a huge **** and Vodacom is solicitating this. VODACOM are essentially *****ing money from their clients on behalf of a third party, and expect their clients to fit the bill. DISGUSTED IN VODACOM!!!
