Vodacom *****ing my money

My account was debited this morning for +- R1200 for the tablet contact I have with vodacom. The contract has a "softlock" on witch blocks the sim assoon as I go over my limit. It is a R129 1G contract and If I finish the 1G and reach the limit they normally debit +-R400.

Now how is it possible to get a bill of over R1000.

I have been trying to phone customer care (111) and accounts ( ********** ) and hanging on for a hour at a time without any luck. I went to a vodacom shop in Cresta mall and was told they cant help me. I have to phone customer care (111 ) .

Is this the way vodacom treats their clients? and ***** money from their clients and make it impossible to get it back.

I wont recoment Vodacom to anyone and will most definitely move my contracts to another service provider assoon as this one expires.

24 hour later and still no contact from your so called "consultand". I mannaged to get through to accounts department through the call center(1hour ànd 46min phone call) and was basically told it's not Vodacoms problem if the lock doesn't kick in.
If this is not sorted out by Monday morning(5/12/2016 ) I will have no choice but to reverse the debit order and then eft the corekt amount once this all has been resolved!.
