Vodacom *****ing My Money

I got an invoice from Vodacom stating they would take arounf R1500 but then they took around R3200. I got all my ducks in a row and went to Vodacom in Pavillion on Thusday 8th Sep 2016 and got assisted by someone who said the case needed to be escalated because there weren't any payments missed but they said I didnt pay, even though all the invoices stated that I had paid. The new system they have been using since March this year has totally stuffed up my account. I phone today to find out what is happening and I'm told that my query hasnt even been allocated to anyone. Vodacom stole R1700 from me and they aren't even doing anything to rectify this. Absolutely unacceptable. It has been escalated yet again today! My reference number is 1- ********** 8006

Vodacom has no clue...
I get an email from Dominic who clearly has no idea what he/she is talking about! Dominic sent me a statement and said that a payment wasn't made in March this year, which it was fyi, but when I looked at the statement I saw immediately what Vodacom had done! They had taken August's bill, for July usage, and September's bill, for August usage, which I only received 12/09/2016 @ 16:16, off on the 7th September.
Last month I changed my debit order date from the 1st of every month to the 7th. When I phoned today to inform them of what has happened they told me that it is normal that if they raise the invoice on the first that if my debit order is on the 7th that the money will be deducted on the 7th, even though every single invoice received from Vodacom is due the following month, receive in August for July's bill and that is due in September! That makes complete sense! Now they decided without prior notice to take off July's usage and August's usage on the 7th September! No notice, no unpaid bills or arrears, even the invoice that I received yesterday for August's bill said that the payment is due end September, which means they will debt on 7 November, so how can Vodacom do this? Even worse than all this when I phone in to tell them what they have done I get told that there is nothing that I can do.
They can take money from you but you try and take something from them and its blacklisting and arrest and jail time! Vodacom is taking food out of people's mouths and we are powerless! Even after all this I won't be able to cancel my contract with them without being penalised and punished even though they are in the wrong!
