Vodacom *****ing my money

I was a victim of ***** for the 3rd time through Vodacom. I complained and went through the process of investigating the ***** and they agreed with me. The problem that I have now is that the ********** account has not been consolidated correctly. On 29 Aug 2017 an amount of R169.49 was debited from my bank account. On 1 September 2017 the new billing cycle issued an invoice amount of R228.99 for the ********** account, this alongside my normal invoices that I must pay. On 23 September 2017 Vodacom refunds an amount of R392.48 (R169.49+ R228.99), when all that they should have refunded was R169.49 because the R228.99 was still in invoice stage and no money was taken from my bank account. So this means that I was over refunded. On 13 Oct 2017 Vodacom then goes and reverses the refund of R392.48, then still goes and adds another invoice for R69.68 to the bill. So on 31 Oct 2017 Vodacom take R466.04 from my bank account claiming that they over refunded. I don’t dispute that Vodacom over refunded but they did not take into consideration that money was taken from my bank account (R169.49). The R69.68 was later refunded. I have been fighting with people at Vodacom and trying to explain that they took too much money but no one is competent enough to realise the mistake that they made. A supposed call centre manager had the audacity to tell me that money was not paid when their own statements show that the money was paid, he even wrote on the statement “no payment”, I have the proof that money was taken. All I want is for someone to refund my R169.49 which was taken for a ********** account. And every time you call the call centre then you have to repeat the same story over and over and you can never get back to the same person that helped you.

Good day, I received no feedback on this matter. I get the impression that Vodacom is not interested in resolving this problem. If you are referring to the feedback from the call centers then I have no choice but to take this matter to the legal route.
