Vodacom *****ing my data!
Once again, Vodacom has ****** my data that I've purchased. This is not the first time! It is also a recurring experience that friends and colleagues have.
On Sunday, I bought 1gig for R19, as I wanted to download something. At this time, I still had data available which was probably about 500mb. I noticed that my download was pending at some point, only to realize that once again, Vodacom had used my '30 day valid' data and not the gig data that had to be used on that day.
Since Sunday, the solutions consultant was trying to assist. She topped up my account with about R30 to allow me to buy another R19 gig because I told her that I can't wait for another few days for her to follow up.
On Monday, I missed her call. Then today, Tuesday, she called again saying that i would have to wait until 1March to see how my data can be utilized.
This of course is absurd! This request from a so-called solutions consultant, who solved nothing! To add to it, in the phone call today, she tells me that I will now have to wait for my request to be attended to once she comes back from her days off! Seriously?! I requested that she hand over my case to another consultant, which she said she would but she didn't sound impressed at all.
Anyway, I just want my data that I paid for! And Vodacom, please stop *****ing data that I am buying from you! The fact that we are unable to measure our data usage allows for this space for it to be swiped! We can only go on the info that you feed us!
Please sort this out today still! This is ridiculous!
