Vodacom *****ing my data

I have 2 data bundles, a 1GB bundle that expires on 23 February and a 1GB bundle that expires on 13 March.

The data that is being consumed is the bundle expiring 13 March. That means that I will not be able to access the other data bundle before it expires.

The call centre tells me that Vodacom's policy is that the last purchased bundle is the one that is used first, so effectively Vodacom is *****ing my data!

Dear Customer

Please be advise  recurring Mobile Internet data bundles will follow the Last In First Out order of consumption. In the case of a Recurring Mobile Internet bundle being active on an integrated price plan, such as a uChoose Smart, Smart or RED; the offer default data bundle that forms part of the price plan will be consumed first before any other data bundles.

Last In First Out order of consumption is not a fair system when data expires. Order of consumption should be set to use the bundle that is expiring earliest, first. Last in first out is set up to make it difficult for subscribers to use the data that is expiring thereby booting Vodacom's profits and *****ING OUR MONEY!!!!
