Vodacom *****ing my airtime in cahoots with third party

I complained to Vodacom that my airtime was disappearing too quickly. After investigation they mentioned that it was because I had signed up for a service called Mobile Academy, which charges R10 per day, nearly four months ago. The problem is I never signed up for such a service, or recall even being on such a website. How can Vodacom allow a third party access to my airtime without my consent? To address this issue I was given a call and was basicallly told that I should not have done it and Vodacom cannot do anything about it. This is very unsatisfactory. I checked my phone and I did receive 13 sms's from this alledged service during this time, all from Vodacom numbers. Never does it say that I had signed up for this service or that they are deducting money from my airtime. As of yet no proof that I signed up for this service was provided. Vodacoms conduct shows that they do not care about their customers, and that they are negligent in securing a safe environment for their customers.
