Vodacom *****ing my airtime

I checked my balance and all of a sudden it went down from almost R50 to R14. I then decided to check why as I am not subscribed to anything. On checking using *135* I found myself being subscribed to some content services called ExploreApp which I never subscribed to. How can Vodacom subscribe and charge me without my permission. This is unacceptable.
